We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented staff member to conduct light research on career development opportunities for refugees and first-generation students in the Central Pennsylvania area. This role combines both in-person and remote work, with responsibilities including identifying relevant programs and resources, meeting with clients, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, culturally sensitive, and committed to supporting individuals in their educational and professional journeys.
